A Texas middle school teacher was dismissed last week after authorities claimed she promoted fights in her class. Police have arrested her on suspicion of endangering children, according to Police.

According to police and inmate records, Natally Garcia, 24, of Dallas, was arrested due to an association with fighting on Monday afternoon. No bail sum as indicated.
Police in Mesquite, the Dallas suburb where the fights occurred, said in a statement that Garcia was detained based on an arrest warrant that stated four counts of endangering children.
It was unclear if Garcia had legal representation. Requests have gone unanswered by the Mesquite Education Association and the Dallas County Public Defender’s office.
The video shows students fighting
According to reports from Dallas-Fort Worth, including cellphone footage of part of the fighting, four children paired off to fight twice on Wednesday at Kimbrough Middle School.
The Mesquite Independent School’s statement
The instructor, who had not been named in the media, is accused by the Mesquite Independent School District of outlining the ground rules and telling a student to keep an eye on the door.
It stated that shortly after the fights, they began an inquiry, and by Thursday, they fired the substitute instructor. According to the district, the teacher had been there since early March.
Parent Beatriz Martinez partially exposed the violence in a class of 12- and 13-year-olds when she made her daughter’s mobile footage of some of the fights public.
She told Dallas-Fort Worth that she was pleased that her daughter had turned down the teasing of other students who wanted her to participate.
Despite no significant injuries being recorded, the station said some fighters had blood on them when they emerged.
The arrest of another teacher in Florida
According to court documents, a Florida teacher was accused of facilitating classroom fights at her Tallahassee middle school just two days before the altercation. She had a charge with aiding in the delinquency of a juvenile.
